7. Account Suspension and Termination
11 apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. In cases of suspected fraud, account funds may be held pending investigation. Members who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawals that have been verified and approved will be processed in the normal course.
